Interactive academy is a community youth center with approximately 58,000 square feet of metal, flat, and shingled roofs divided into sections, all of which sustained substantial damage from a significant hail storm in Zionsville Indiana.

After inspecting the properties and finding even more hidden damage than initially reported by the carrier’s adjuster, we provided a protocol to prevent further damage, then prepared our own report, estimate and scope of work.  The property had damage to all of the three roofing systems, the gutters, the HVAC units, and the rooftop vents.

We helped Interactive Academy finalize their claim and provided all of the restoration to the property which was funded by their insurance carrier.
